Order “to accept”

The seller has 48h to accept your order. After this time, the order is automatically cancelled and you are refunded on your Afrikrea wallet.

Order “to ship”

The order is accepted by the seller but it is not shipped yet. It is getting ready to be shipped. 

Check the delivery times

Most creations are made and sent from an African country. Delivery times can be longer than regular online shops. You can check the delivery time to have an idea of when your order will be delivered. You can find it on “Delivery, general terms and conditions” section of the product page.

Delivery time has passed 

We invite you to contact the seller to have news about your delivery. He will answer you quickly. However, if you don’t get a reply from him within 48h, please contact us to file for a claim. We will contact him to have a quick response.

If there is still no answer 48h after our raise, we will cancel the order at your request.

Order “shipped”

.Track delivery with the tracking number

The seller has sent your order and has probably provided a tracking number. You can access the tracking number and the carrier in the order chat.

Go to the web site of the carrier provided in the order, then enter the tracking number. The carrier provides updates regarding the delivery progress.

. There is no tracking number

We invite you to contact the seller to have news about the delivery. She will answer you quickly. If however you don’t you don’t have a feedback from seller within 48h, please contact us. We will file for a dispute. We will contact the seller for a quick response.

If there is no response 48h after our raise, we will cancel the order at your request.

Order “ended”

The status of an order turns automatically to “ended” 30 days after its shipping date. If you did not receive your order, follow the same steps as an order “sent”.
