I would like to cancel an order
All products on Afrikrea are sold by independent sellers; they manage their orders and stocks by themselves.
To cancel an order, you should contact the seller directly:
- Log in to your Afrikrea account and click on “Purchases” button
- Select the concerned order and click on the “Contact the seller” button
- Send a message to the seller to cancel the order by specifying the reasons.
The cancellation of an order is on demand according to the shipping status of the order.
My order is not shipped yet
If the status of your order is “Waiting” as shown on the image below, it is not shipped yet. You can ask for a cancellation anytime.
For that you need to contact the seller from the concerned order to ask for cancellation. However, if you don’t get a response from the seller within 48h, please contact us to file for a dispute. We will contact him in order to get a quick reply.
If there is still no feedback 48h after our raise, we will cancel the order at your request.
My order is “shipped”
If the status of your order is “Sent” or “Finished”, it means that it is shipped. If the tracking number says that the order is being delivered, we invite you to wait a little bit.
If you receive the order and you would like to cancel it, you should return it to the seller. In this case kindly click on the "Return my order" button, and follow the “return” procedure. The refund will be done after the seller receives the order.
If your order does not have a tracking number, it can be considered as “not shipped”. You can then ask for cancellation anytime. For that, you should contact the seller from the concerned order to ask for cancellation.
If you do not hear from him/her within 48h, please contact us in order to file for a dispute. We will contact him/her in order to have a quick response. If there is still no response 48h after our raise, we will cancel the order at your request.
