Why has my order been canceled?
- The seller didn't accept the order in time
Once your order is confirmed, the seller has 48 hours to accept it. Otherwise, it is automatically canceled. The seller certainly lacked responsiveness or hasn't logged in to her account.
- The seller declined the order
If the seller is not able to honor a sale, she can decline the order. She is required to give you an explanation.
- Afrikrea canceled the order
On rare occasions, Afrikrea might cancel your order. In that case, we will send you a message.
In any case, all refunds are automatically credited to your Afrikrea virtual wallet. You can use it to make a new purchase or transfer it to your bank or Paypal account.
Your order can be cancelled for 3 reasons:
1-The seller did not accept the order
Once an order is placed, the seller has 48h to accept it. If it is not done, the order is automatically cancelled. The seller did not log in on time.
2- The seller declined the order
A seller can decline an order if he will not be able to honor it. He should let you know the reason of the refusal. If there is no reason provided, don’t hesitate to contact the seller.
3- Afrikrea cancelled the order
It is possible that the order is cancelled by Afrikrea even though it is not common. In this case, an explicative email is sent, to let you know the reasons of the cancellation.
In any case, you are refunded on your Afrikrea wallet. You can transfer the funds to your bank or PayPal account, or use it to make other purchases.
