Refunds, returns and exchange for sellers
In accordance with European laws and hamon law, buyers have a period of 14 days to make a return following receipt of their order.
- If the product conforms to the image / description and does not present any defect, the seller can decide if he wants to refund the return costs or not.
- If the product does not conform to the image / description or has defects, the return costs are the responsibility of the seller.
Once the period of 14 days has passed
Exceeding the period of 14 days, each seller is responsible for its conditions of sale in terms of returns, exchanges and refunds. You must communicate them clearly in your general conditions.
