My shop does not appear on the site

There are 3 main reasons why a store may not appear on the site.

  • Less than 3 products

To be visible, a shop must offer at least 3 products in its catalog.

  • “Holiday” mode activated

The "vacation" mode allows a store to be temporarily offline if a salesperson is absent for a certain period of time. If the "vacation" mode is activated, a message appears on your account telling you. Then click on "Set my shop online" so that your shop is back online.

  • Blocked shop

Your store can be blocked temporarily or permanently, if it does not comply with the regulations of the Seller guidelines. In this case, do not hesitate to contact us, so that we can look at this as soon as possible.
