How to configure my general conditions of sale?

To configure the general conditions of your shop,

1. Go to the "Shop" section of your account

2. Complete your conditions in the "Custom terms & conditions of your shop" area

  • Satisfied or refunded
  • The time limit for exchanges on personalized products and on worn products
  • Free return
  • Add the general conditions specific to your shop

  • Once you have filled in this information, click on the “Update Shop” button.
