How to track a package

The majority of creators on Afrikrea provide a tracking number when they ship orders. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification by email and on the Afrikrea.com website. Kindly go to the “Purchases” section of your ANKA account as shown on the picture below.

Then click on your order stated as “Sent”, you will see all the details about the order. Kindly click on the "Contact the seller" button to obtain the tracking number of your item and the name of the carrier used for shipping from your conversation.

After clicking on the "Contact the seller" button, you will see in the chat the tracking number and the name of the carrier provided by the seller. (See image below)

Then, copy the tracking number and go to the carrier’s website. You will just need to paste the number in the appropriate field and follow the steps to know the position of your package as shown on the picture below:

Once the tracking number is provided in your order's mailbox, you can track your package by clicking on the " Track My Order" button as shown in the image below.

If your order is stated as “ sent” but you do not see the tracking number in your messages, the seller might have forgotten to communicate it to you. Kindly, click on “Contact the seller” button to ask her/him for information about it.
