My order is still not shipped

If your order is still not shipped and the given processing time has passed, you can request cancellation. To do this, simply go to the “Purchases” section of your account, click on the order then on the “Contact seller” button, and ask him/her to cancel your order.

If the seller does not respond within 48 hours, you can contact us at [email protected] so that we can intervene.

Before making the cancellation request, we strongly recommend that you verify the processing time of your order.

  1. When shipping date is overdue while your order status displays on your interface “CONFIRMED”.
