How to return or exchange an item on Afrikrea ?

Conditions of returns and exchanges

You have a period of 15 days after receiving your order to make a return.

This period is applied in accordance with Hamon law and European consumer laws.

All return requests, concerning custom items, swimwear or underwear, are subject to acceptance by the seller. Indeed, he is under no obligation to accept. For the rest, you can make an unconditional return.

The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a non-conforming product return.

If your request is within 15 days after receipt of your order: it is subject to acceptance by the seller. These are the conditions of sale of his shop that will be taken into account.

What is a product considered non-compliant?

A product is non-compliant if you bring proofs that:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The color is different from the product pictures
  • The product is different from the pictures
  • The fabric and other elements described are different from reality (it says silk but it is not true). For custom-made products, if the measurements are not confirmed before shipping.

For the return of a non-compliant product, the fees are on the seller and the buyer is fully refunded.

Return a product for a refund

You made your return request within 15 days after receiving your order.

- You just need to select the “Return my order” box. Even if you have already confirmed receipt of your item, you can still return it.

- Explain your request and select “Refund”:


- You have directly access to the return address since your request does not need the acceptance of the seller. 

- You have 15 days to ship the product. By clicking on “Shipped” you notify the seller that you have shipped the package. We suggest that you return your order with a tracking number to avoid any dispute later:


- You will be refunded the amount of your article as soon as the seller acknowledges receipt of the returned article.

Return a product for an exchange

You made your return request within 15 days after receiving your order.

-You just need to select the “Return my order” box. Even if you have already confirmed receipt of your item, you can still return your item.

- Explain your request then select “Exchange”:

- You have directly access to the return address since your request does not need the acceptance of the seller.

-You have 15 days to ship the product. By clicking on “Shipped” you notify the seller that you have shipped the package. We suggest that you return your order with a tracking number to avoid any dispute later:

- The seller will send you the requested item after receiving your return.

Returns or exchanges subject to acceptance by the seller meet the following conditions:

  • Orders for custom items, swimwear or underwear,
  • Return or exchange requests 15 days after receiving your order.

- Click on “Return my order”:


- If this is an order containing multiple items, select the item you want to return. Explain your request and choose whether you want an exchange or a refund:

- Your return request has been sent to the seller. You do not have direct access to the seller's return address because the seller must approve the request:

1) Your exchange request has been accepted

  • The seller's return address will be visible and you can send the item within 15 days
  • The return has been received by the seller, who has 15 days to return the new item
  • Upon receipt of your item, your order will be “Finished”

2) Your refund request has been accepted

  • The seller's return address will be visible and you can send the item within 15 days
  • The return has been received by the seller you will be automatically reimbursed on your virtual wallet for the amount of the returned item

3) Your exchange or refund request has been refused

  • You are notified directly in your order that your request has been refused. You can contact the Afrikrea team if you wish to challenge this decision.

  • The sale is “Finished”
