Cancel my subscription

Cancel my subscription or Manage plan

In order to cancel your subscription, you must go to the " Subscription" tab of your account.
Then, you must click on " Manage plan" (see image below) 

Then click on the red "Cancel Subscription" button to continue the cancellation process, or click on "Upgrade plan" to change your subscription type. Please note that the change of plan will take effect after the end of the current subscription. 

To continue the cancellation procedure, please click on the "Cancel Subscription" button as shown in the image below. But if you have changed your mind and want to keep your subscription, click on the "I changed my mind" button.

After clicking on the "Cancel subscription" button, a new window will appear. If you want, you will have the opportunity to tell us the reason for your unsubscription so that we can better meet the needs of the community.

Finally, click on the " Confirm Cancellation" button to validate your cancellation request. 
Once the cancellation is finalized, a confirmation message will appear as shown in the image below.

Please note that, your 10 Euros subscription starts with one of the conditions listed below and is effective for the next 30 days..

  • Upon acceptance of the first sale on your store or personal website..
  • The first time you use the wallet to receive or withdraw money.
  • Spontaneously from the "Subscription" tab of your Afrikrea account

If you have taken a 1, 3, 6 months or 1 year subscription, it will automatically renew after payment and after its validity period. If you do not want it to renew, it would be better to cancel it before the renewal date.
