Extra charges are fees applied by DHL when the weight or size declared at the creation of the waybill differs from the reality. These fees are automatically deducted from the seller's wallet when DHL charges for shipments. An email is also sent to the email address attached to the store with a detailed file of the labels concerned by these surcharges.
