How can I find or cancel a DHL waybill?
In the "Shipping" tab of your account, you will find all the DHL labels you have created.
The search bar will allow you to quickly find the waybill by the name of the recipient, the tracking number or the delivery address.
You can cancel any DHL waybill up to 72 hours after creating it. To cancel it, you must follow the steps below:
1. Click on the small arrow at the right end of the tracking number in question (as indicated by the red arrow in the image below).
2. The slip summary will be displayed, and you will need to click on the "Cancel Label" button at the bottom left of the page.
3. A new window will open, and you will have to click on the "Cancel the label an revert your sale to "to ship" button if the label you're trying to cancel is linked to a sale.
If this shipping label is not linked to an order, this window below will not be displayed and you will go straight to step 4
4. A final confirmation window will appear. Click on the OK button to validate the request to cancel the shipping label. You will then be refunded to your Afrikrea wallet.
If you wish to cancel a DHL waybill after 72 hours, you will need to contact customer service at [email protected] and indicate the shipping label number in question.
Note: Cancelling a shipping label is an irreversible action.
